During the two months I spent working on the Winger tunes I knew I would be playing, I found myself searching online for video clips of the boys doing various tunes. I thought that would be the easiest way to see their interactions and see who played which part, when etc.

Enter LauraRocksDenver. A youtube channel with a massive collection of videos. This channel became my mainstay for studying. I could stop the vid, rewind and check finger positions etc. This resource was INVALUABLE!

In Greeley, Co, we were to do a VIP meet and greet a few hours before show time. Kip was going to play 3 or 4 songs acoustically for this small audience (which by the way, was incredible. His solo version of Blue Suede Shoes from IV gave me goosebumps, literally. And I mean literally in the literal sense of the word). During the photo session/signing after Kip's performance I heard someone introduce themselves as "LauraRocksDenver". I was so excited to meet her and tell her how much help she had been that I jumped out of the pic I was supposed to be taking. They had to retake it.

Laura is such a wonderful person, and she's a huge fan of the band. If you get a chance, make sure you check out her page and some of the Winger / Kip (solo) videos that she's posted.

Thanks again Laura Early. You really do rock!
